Spa Information

Arrival time is 15- minutes prior to scheduled time. Client information forms must be completed before spa treatment begins.
A twenty-four hour cancellation must be given, to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late appointments may only receive the time remaining on their treatment slot.
Balan Spa is a non-smoking facility
Due to the disturbance of others, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off before entering the spa area.
If you have limitations and require special needs, please inform us when scheduling your appointment. Your safety and comfort are our highest priority.
Unless accompanied by an adult and have services scheduled, children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the spa area. This is due to safety and spa atmosphere.
Walk-ins are welcome and we will do what we can to accommodate you, but to ensure availability reservations are advised.
All treatments at Balan Spa are non-sexual. Improper behavior by either the client or staff are not tolerated. If this occurs you will be asked to pay for your service and asked to leave the property.
Balan Spa is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Senior citizens (over 65) and students receive a 10% discount on spa services, Mon.-Wed.
